The acquisition of the London and Birmingham Hilton Metropole Hotels on behalf of a high net worth individual, subject to a manage-back agreement to Hilton.
Our recent agreement with BAA is for the development of a 600-bedroom hotel attached to the new Terminal Five complex at Heathrow. This ground-breaking ground lease structure with Arora International, who will operate the hotel under a franchise for Accor's Sofitel brand, will allow the hotel to open at the same time as the terminal in 2008.
