Ciaran is a Director and Head of Property Management in Bahrain.
With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ciaran leads a team of RERA qualified property management professionals, dedicated to managing a high-profile and diverse portfolio. Specialising in Property and Facility Management, his brief is to oversee the company’s property portfolio for our clients in order to maximise value of capital assets by ensuring all aspects of the property management process are geared towards income generation for landlords and cost effective solutions to ensure value for money returns.
Ciaran is a RERA registered Owners Association and Property Manager and he is full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the International Facility Management Association.
