Central London in November 2019

  • Take-up in November 2019 was 946,500 sq ft, a month-on-month increase of 31%
  • Availability rose marginally to 13.3m sq ft, but remained below the 10-year average of 14.3m sq ft.
  • Under offers fell by 14% to 3.7m sq ft but remained above the 10-year average of 3.2m sq ft.  
  • Office investment totalled £510m, bringing the year-to-date total to £7.3bn.
