Despite the better terms and conditions provided to the tenants on lease renewals and relocations, plus the improvements on the current terms, it is observed that the rental volume in Istanbul office market in the 3rd quarter, has decreased by 40% compare to the second quarter. In this context, it is observed that the decrease in interest and inflation ratios had no positive impact on the office market. It is expected that the current structure of the market and favourable conditions for tenants will continue in the upcoming period.
