Michael is the Managing Director at CBRE MENA. He leads Advisory & Transaction services for CBRE across MENA, with ultimate responsibility for overseeing transaction delivery throughout the region. Michael has over 20 years of professional real estate experience across Asia Pacific, the United Kingdom, Turkey and the Middle East & North Africa region. He has undertaken Valuation, Property & Asset Management, Landlord, Occupier & Investment transaction services, for a diverse range of clients on assets including, office, retail, residential, hotels, industrial warehousing and mixed-use master plan developments.

Rajesh Pandit
Rajesh is the Managing Director, Property Management for CBRE in India, South East Asia, Middle East and North Africa. With an overall industry experience of over 34 years, Rajesh has been associated with CBRE for over 22 years. He intricately drives business management systems and has worked on key projects including IT Parks, Call Centre/BPO Facilities, Office Campuses and Residential Complexes. Rajesh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration (PT) from Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi.

Richard Botham
Richard is Head of Country of CBRE Bahrain. Employed by CBRE in 2008 to establish CBRE Bahrain and Richard is a member of the board.Richard holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture and is a corporate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects as well as a RICS Valuation Surveyor and a RERA Category A registered valuer. Richard has extensive knowledge of property development, PM/FM, valuation and professional advisory throughout the Middle East region and has undertaken major valuation work as far afield as New Zealand, Singapore and India.

Heather Longden
Heather is a Director within the CBRE Middle East team, who has worked in the region for over 16 years, providing her with consultancy experience across all asset classes in the GCC. Heather provides strategic advisory services and heads the transactional services team. Heather conducts market research and analysis for development feasibility and best use studies. She provides advice on occupier specification requirements, leasing and marketing strategies for new developments and existing properties. She develops strategies for commercial office and retail investors with a strong local market understanding. Heather also provides occupier representation and advisory services to large international firms to support their real estate decisions.

Ciaran Lynch
Ciaran, a Chartered Surveyor specializing in Property and Facilities Management, is a Director within CBRE’s Senior Management based in the Middle East. Ciaran is responsible for managing the property and facility management team at CBRE Bahrain currently managing a diverse portfolio of 23 properties including retail, residential, industrial and commercial properties with an annual rental income of circa US$15million with a total lettable area of approximately 3 million Sqft. His brief is to oversee the companies property portfolio for our clients in order to maximise value of capital assets by ensuring all aspects of the property management process are geared towards income generation. He also works on property and facility management consultancy assignments whereby developing operational strategies for clients. Ciaran is a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the International Facility Management Association.
